Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding support. Additionally, you’ll gather customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Proficient English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows 10 or higher
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Details:
- Full-time: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
