Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to be part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding support while gathering customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (minimum Windows 10)
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Available Shifts:
- Half-time: 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM (no break)
- Full-time: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
