Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support while collecting valuable feedback to enhance our services.
Requirements: Experience with Avatar (preferred), basic English proficiency, ability to handle 600-800 calls daily, and strong computer skills. Night shift availability is a must.
Shift Details: Half-time (7:30pm-12:30am) or Full-time (7:30pm-5:30am).
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
