Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous Documentation Specialist to join our Imports department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and organization of all import documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal company standards.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing shipping documents, coordinating with customs officials, and maintaining accurate records for auditing purposes. Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be proficient in problem-solving within a fast-paced environment. A background in logistics or international trade is highly preferred.
