Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to spearhead sales strategies, foster client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our Personal Care product line. This role involves frequent international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Manage overseas client relationships
- Identify and pursue market expansion opportunities
- Conduct reporting and forecasting
- Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred)
- 8-10 years of sales experience in Food & Confectionery/FMCG
