Job Description

Creative Chaos is on the lookout for a skilled Technical Recruiter to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team and help grow our IT departments. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates on specialized platforms such as Stack Overflow and GitHub
• Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews with potential candidates
• Collaborate with IT leadership to address hiring needs
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting
• Strong knowledge of various technical roles
