Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement. You will coach teams in Scrum practices, coordinate with stakeholders, and support on-time delivery of high-quality software.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor progress, identify and resolve blockers, and promote a collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Qualifications: 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments or CSM/PSM certification, excellent communication, a servant-leader mindset, and experience with Jira or similar tools.
