Job Description
ConnectX is hiring a full-time, in-person Home Health RCM Specialist in I-9/3, Islamabad. The role manages the end-to-end revenue cycle for home health agencies, concentrating on Medicare/Medicaid billing, PDGM, OASIS, HIPPS coding, and UB-04 institutional claims.
- Prepare and submit UB-04 claims and file NOAs; verify patient eligibility and authorizations
- Investigate and resolve denials/rejections; liaise with payers and clinical teams
- Reconcile payments and maintain compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations
Qualifications: Minimum one year of Home Health RCM or medical billing experience; strong knowledge of PDGM, OASIS, HIPPS, NOAs, and UB-04; excellent communication, follow-up, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
