Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION seeks a professional Sales Executive for night shift sales of 1-on-1 online tutoring (Grades 1–12) to international clients (USA, UK, Canada). This is a full-time, in-office position in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, with hours from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM.
Compensation: fixed salary PKR 45,00–60,00 (DOE) plus 20%–50% commission. Commission ranges PKR 8,00–30,00 per sale; one to two sales can equal a month’s base pay. We provide comprehensive training, sales scripts, tools, and a comfortable work environment.
- Key duties: outbound cold calling, confident pitching, objection handling, and accurate call record maintenance.
- Requirements: fluent English, strong communication skills, and willingness to work night shift.
