Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is looking for a motivated and professional Call Center Agent to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Urdu and/or Punjabi, possess exceptional communication skills, and be capable of effectively managing customer inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu and/or Punjabi
- Customer service-focused attitude
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Open to fresh graduates
