Job Description
Confiance is looking for a dynamic Head of eCommerce to spearhead our online sales initiatives and develop innovative eCommerce strategies. This essential leadership role calls for a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and meet our corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities: You will create comprehensive strategies, conduct market research, oversee website enhancements, manage digital marketing campaigns, and track key performance indicators to drive success.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field, along with 5–7 years of experience in eCommerce management.
