Job Description
Comtanix, a rapidly growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company based in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic team. We are looking for candidates who possess strong verbal and written communication skills and can effectively engage with customers in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to customer emails.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Utilize CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and fluent English communication skills.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM.
