Job Description
Compass Training and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a qualified Production Manager with at least three years of experience in food manufacturing, specifically in ice cream production. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing night-shift operations at our ice cream production facility, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and guaranteeing timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee night-shift operations and manage production schedules.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality regulations.
- Supervise and mentor the production team.
