CODEX is seeking a dedicated HR Officer with at least 2 years of experience, ideally in the manufacturing or IT sectors. In this pivotal role, you will support daily HR operations, maintain employee records, assist in policy development, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, performance monitoring, and payroll processing.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
