Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a driven and meticulous HR Executive – Recruitment Specialist to enhance our HR team. In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and various job boards.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates thoroughly.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers while maintaining the candidate database.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; 1-3 years of recruitment experience; and exceptional communication skills.
