Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Salary Range: Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month, plus incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage customers with outstanding debts.
- Contact debtors to encourage timely repayments and track their progress.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively.
- Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies.
- Negotiate mutually agreeable payment plans with debtors.
- Investigate discrepancies to facilitate resolution of accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in collections and recovery management.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
