Job Description
Join ChatPandas as a Customer Support Representative! In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly. Your duties include providing product information, resolving complaints with empathy, and maintaining in-depth product knowledge.
Required experience includes 1 year in customer service and strong communication skills. A high school diploma is necessary, and familiarity with customer service software is preferred. Evening and night shifts are required at our GITMIT Co-Working Space in Gulberg 3, with a pay of up to Rs100,00.00 per month.
