Job Description
Chase Value is actively pursuing a dedicated Senior Executive Training Professional to lead needs assessments and develop engaging training programs. The ideal candidate will ensure that training materials are both accurate and effective, collaborating with trainers to produce high-quality content. Responsibilities will also include monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions, maintaining accurate training records, and managing the training budget effectively.
A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in training or human resources are required. Candidates must be proficient in managing training modules within MiHCM and ESS functionalities, as well as supporting new learning and development initiatives.
