Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with expertise in lathe and milling operations to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet rigorous quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Adjust machine settings, perform CNC programming as required, and execute setups.
- Perform in-process and final quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production records.
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, relevant CNC training and hands-on experience. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CNC programming are highly desirable.
