Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily transportation and inventory operations, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective processes. You will coordinate shipments, schedule carriers, track orders, prepare shipping documentation, maintain stock accuracy, and communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams. You will also analyze performance metrics and propose process improvements.
- Responsibilities: shipment coordination, carrier scheduling, order tracking, documentation, inventory control, stakeholder communication, performance analysis.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years in logistics or supply chain; proficient with TMS/ERP systems and Excel; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities. Familiarity with customs and freight regulations is a plus.
