Job Description
CFH Unlimited LLC is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage various HR functions while ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete talent acquisition process.
- Develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement.
- Conduct regular employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Qualifications:
