Job Description
CBA is actively seeking a Technical Project Manager who possesses a robust technical background. This pivotal role serves as a bridge between engineering, design, and business teams, ensuring that product goals are harmonized with technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product requirements in collaboration with the engineering team for timely project execution.
- Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to create optimal user experiences.
- Oversee product backlogs and facilitate coordination among teams.
- Conduct market research following product launches.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, over 4 years of experience, strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and exceptional communication skills required.
