Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Solar Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in solar solution sales and will report directly to the Sales Head.
The successful candidate will earn a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 70,00 to Rs. 80,00, with a commission structure of 1% on achieving sales targets, increasing to 2% for exceeding annual targets.
Requirements include proven experience in solar energy sales, a robust understanding of solar products and systems, the ability to generate leads and nurture client relationships, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. A self-motivated and target-driven mindset is essential for success in this role.
