Job Description
Call Cafe is seeking energetic, customer-focused International Inbound Customer Service Representatives for full-time, in-office evening and night shifts (six days/week) at Building No. 522, B‑Block, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
- Manage inbound calls and provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and perform precise data entry.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette, strong listening, multitasking, and a service-oriented mindset.
Requirements: fluent English (minimum intermediate), ability to work night shifts, and age up to 25 years. Women are strongly encouraged to apply. 6–12 months of customer service experience preferred; freshers are welcome. Salary: Rs50,00–70,00 per month.
