Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Taxi Controller (Customer Service Representative) to handle incoming calls from UK customers wishing to schedule or modify their taxi bookings. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing airport bookings.
- Facilitating payment transactions over the phone.
- Escalating customer complaints to the appropriate department.
- Addressing driver inquiries and grievances.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an inbound call center environment, preferably as a CSR. Familiarity with Ghost and ICabbi systems is a plus, and a British accent is a requirement.
