Job Description
We are seeking a committed and skilled Dispatcher to join our team at Cab Dispatchers. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience with Autocab, iCabbi, and Cab9.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field inbound calls and efficiently manage taxi reservations.
- Provide precise fare estimates and address client inquiries through email and live chat.
- Collaborate with clients, team members, and drivers to ensure outstanding customer service and timely job dispatch.
- Fulfill daily operational tasks while upholding a positive brand reputation.
Location: Opposite Tehzeeb, Double Road, PWD, Islamabad, 4400
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs350.00 – Rs600.00 per hour | Working Hours: 50 – 70 per week
