Job Description
ByteBrick Solution seeks experienced Final Expense Closers to convert warm, pre-qualified leads into secured final expense coverage. Candidates must possess 3–4+ years of closing experience, proven high close ratios, strong phone and in‑home consultative skills, and an active life insurance license or the ability to obtain one. An ethical, client-focused approach and self-motivation are essential.
- In-person role — full-time or 12-month contract
