Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Executive to join our team at Bright Minds Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and build strong relationships with our customers.

Ideal candidates should be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and be willing to work night shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM. Experience in a call center or sales role is a plus.
