Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance assessments on products and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Apply sales expertise to uphold quality standards.
- Utilize CRM software to monitor quality metrics.
- Identify and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of process improvement reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 6 months of experience in a sales role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
