Job Description
Brickclay is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing Specialist to become a valuable member of our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage in outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and sales closure for our clients. The ideal candidate is target-driven, fluent in English, and adept at managing high-volume calls while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound cold calls to B2B prospects.
- Promote company services and present tailored solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads, confidently addressing inquiries.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for our sales team.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of telemarketing experience (UK/USA campaigns preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English; a neutral accent is preferred.
- Availability for night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).
