Job Description
Brickclay is in search of a dedicated HR Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should hold a BBA or MBA and be proficient in managing employment resumes, conducting background checks, and maintaining comprehensive applicant logs.
Key responsibilities include facilitating HR orientations for new hires, processing termination documentation, verifying unemployment claims, and providing support for employee grievances and job analysis. The HR Executive will ensure the confidentiality of personnel records and develop HR strategies throughout the organization.
Candidates must demonstrate strong reporting skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and effective verbal communication. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
