Job Description
BPO Partners (Pvt) Limited is seeking passionate individuals for the position of Bilingual Call Center Agent to support our Urdu and Punjabi speaking customers. The primary responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints effectively, and providing information about our product offerings.
The ideal candidate should possess fluent spoken and written skills in Urdu, along with strong communication abilities and a cheerful disposition. Candidates with a Matric-Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in customer service will be preferred.
