Bore & Bore is actively seeking a skilled Deputy Manager – Industrial Sales to spearhead our business growth efforts and lead our sales team focused on cutting-edge pumping systems and water treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, lead and motivate the sales team, cultivate client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and monitor sales performance metrics.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering, along with 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales, and robust leadership and negotiation skills.
