Job Description

BLS SOLUTIONS is looking for a committed HR Manager to aid in the development and execution of HR initiatives and systems. The primary responsibilities include offering guidance on policies, overseeing recruitment processes, designing onboarding programs, and creating training initiatives. You will also play a crucial role in performance management and addressing disciplinary matters while ensuring adherence to legal requirements.

Required skills encompass talent management, recruitment proficiency, exceptional organizational skills, and strong MS Office capabilities. A Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time contract role for a duration of 12 months, with a salary range of Rs25,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a software company is mandatory.
