Job Description
BLS International Services is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, evaluating applicant requirements, scrutinizing documentation, performing biometrics, and overseeing cash transactions.
In addition, you will be responsible for delivering applications to the mission and promoting value-added services. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills and have a minimum of one year of customer service experience. Preference will be given to those with a background in the visa or travel industry, as well as proficiency in Italian.
