Job Description
Bliss Textile Industries seeks an experienced Knitting Production Executive to lead circular knitting operations in Karachi. The role supervises daily production, ensures machine setup and preventive maintenance, monitors yarn lots and shade consistency, and performs fabric quality checks (GSM, diameter, slub, Lycra, counts).
- Identify and resolve knitting faults; manage and train operators.
- Coordinate with QC and merchandising to meet shift targets and production plans.
- Hands-on experience with Pai Lung, Mayer, and Fukuhara machines; fabrics including single jersey, rib, interlock, fleece, and pique.
- Requirements: 10+ years in knitting production, strong production-planning skills, and excellent communication. Full-time, on-site. Master’s degree preferred.
