Job Description
Blink Estudio is seeking a dedicated Customer and Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through various platforms, including social media, email, text, and phone calls. You will oversee the entire order process, track inventory levels, and manage returns with efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, excellent communication skills in English, and a strong background in cosmetics. Familiarity with website management and logistics is crucial for success in this position.
Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 7 PM. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
