Job Description
We invite you to be a part of our dedicated team at Blackstone Global Resource Ltd as a Call Center Agent based in the UK. This full-time role is situated in DHA Phase 4, Lahore, and offers a competitive salary ranging from $40,00 to $60,00, commensurate with experience. The working hours are from 1 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Care Home industry.
- Exceptional communication and training skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
Key responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting cold calls, performing phone interviews, liaising with clients, and training new staff members.
