Job Description
Biz Outsource Pvt Ltd, a Pakistan-based travel agency, seeks a formal, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in inquiries. Responsibilities include airline ticketing, changes, cancellations, refunds, advising on tour packages, hotel bookings and visa services, coordinating with airlines, hotels and vendors, and maintaining accurate booking records.
Requirements: intermediate education (Bachelor’s in Travel & Tourism preferred), strong English and Urdu communication, basic MS Office proficiency, customer-service aptitude, and flexibility for varied hours. Prior travel agency/ticketing experience and visa knowledge are advantageous. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Compensation: Rs30,00–40,00/month plus performance incentives, with training and career growth opportunities.
