Job Description
Berger Paint Pakistan seeks a Territory Manager (Retail) to oversee trade sales of decorative paints, expand retail distribution, and consistently meet territory targets. This full-time, in-person position requires 4–5 years of trade sales experience in decorative paints and a maximum education of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Key skills: territory planning, sales forecasting, retailer relationship development, and strong communication.
- Compensation: Rs85,00–Rs95,00/month plus incentives, benefits, and a car buyback program.
- Responsibilities: manage trade sales, develop retail channels, implement sales strategies, and report performance.
