Job Description
Barqtron Engineering Solutions is actively seeking a skilled Document Controller to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing the Document Control Register (DCR), overseeing the registration, tracking, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing documents, which include drawings, submittals, correspondence, and reports. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all documents are accurately filed, version-controlled, and made accessible to authorized personnel.
Your responsibilities will also encompass generating regular reports on document status, performing routine audits of the document control system, and safeguarding the confidentiality and security of sensitive project documentation.
