Job Description
Ayk Private Limited is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Account Assistant to enhance our dynamic accounts department. The chosen candidate will provide essential administrative support to our accountants, facilitating record management, report organization, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications: MBA, M.Com, or BBA (Hons) in Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare statutory accounts.
- Ensure accuracy in payments and record maintenance.
- Manage spreadsheets and ledgers effectively.
- Control credit and follow up on outstanding debts.
- Process expense requests and perform bank reconciliations.
