Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BMS Design and Application Engineer to design, develop, and deploy battery management systems for electric vehicles and energy storage systems. Responsibilities include hardware and MCU-based firmware development (e.g., STM32), cell balancing and safety algorithm implementation, battery modeling, simulation, validation testing, and integration with chargers, inverters, and vehicle networks (CAN/CAN FD).
- Required: experience with Li‑ion batteries, PCB layout, regulatory testing, and technical documentation.
- Preferred: prior EV or ESS project experience and strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
