Job Description

We are seeking a formal and strategic Customer Success & Support Lead to build and lead a high-performing team focused on customer satisfaction and retention. You will own onboarding, escalations, and key account relationships while defining processes, KPIs (CSAT, NPS) and reporting frameworks.

• Collaborate with Product and Sales to enhance the customer experience
• Mentor and develop support agents and implement scalable workflows
• Require 5+ years in customer success or support with proven SaaS leadership, strong communication, analytical skills, and CRM proficiency
