Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Accounts to support financial operations and ensure accurate, timely reporting. Responsibilities include overseeing bookkeeping, preparing monthly financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and ledger accounts, and assisting with budgeting and audit preparations.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, a minimum of three years’ relevant experience, strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks or SAP), advanced Excel and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to supervise junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
