Job Description
AffinityVibez, a leading business management consultancy in Pakistan, is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Executive. This full-time role is crucial for optimizing our HR operations, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
The key responsibilities include assisting HR managers with daily tasks, developing employee performance strategies, professionally addressing employee concerns, and sourcing candidates through diverse channels.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong delegation and conflict resolution abilities, and proficiency in English. Familiarity with HR Management software such as SAP is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, along with EOBI benefits and performance-based bonuses.
