Job Description
Aura Studio, a dynamic and expanding organization, is in search of a skilled and experienced HR Executive to strengthen our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing recruitment processes, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Address employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate training programs and support performance evaluations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field with 2–3 years of HR experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00/month | Location: In-person
