Job Description
Aura Studio is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to enhance our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage employee records, assist with recruitment processes, coordinate employee engagement activities, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee records and support payroll processes.
- Post job advertisements and schedule candidate interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and address employee inquiries.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of 1 year of HR experience, and exceptional organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Entry-level | Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
