Job Description
AsSuffa School of Excellence is on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will oversee recruitment processes, maintain employee records, assist with payroll preparation, ensure compliance with labor regulations, support performance management initiatives, and address employee inquiries to promote a positive workplace culture.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with prior HR experience being preferred. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information are required.
