Job Description
ASK Development, a reputable telecom company, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Inbound Customer Care Agent.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls with a professional and positive attitude.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with precise solutions.
- Process orders and maintain accurate account information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Experience: At least 6 months in the banking sector (Customer Service Representative preferred)
- Location: Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
